Our fresh live unagi is grown up at the farm in Philippines. They are farming for the unagi restaurant in Japan.

Therefore our unagi taste is same as unagi restaurant in Japan.

Sauce

Our unagi sauce is directry taken over from very famous unagi restaurant which has over 100 years history at Tsukiji, Tokyo.

Rice

We are using the high end quality of KOSHIHIKARI.

Water

We are using the pure water for all cooking, which is come through from high quality water filter, also ice and tea.

Chef

We have two excellent Japanese chef in our restaurant. Both of them have experience over 30years in Japan.
